Co-Founder and Artistic Director
Lucy Alder is a northern actor, director, and choreographer. She is a progressive and multifaceted creative and performer, specialising in musical theatre. She is the founder and Artistic Director of Taxi Man Productions and of a new writing initiative The COW Community. Lucy is motivated and inspired to create work that invokes discussion, both inside the rehearsal room and within the audience. She is an advocate of female-driven material, and new writing. She trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama (MA in Music Theatre)

Sofie is a Danish singer, actor and dancer. She found her love for new writing during her MA in Music Theatre at Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London. She moved to the UK from Denmark to pursue musical theatre and stayed because of the incredible community of creatives. Whilst Sofie is a versatile performer specialising in musical theatre she also has a desire to grow her own opportunities. With The COW Community she hopes to create a network for emerging artist so everyone can get a place at the table, or learn to build their own.
